综合护理干预对甲状腺功能减退合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者生活质量的影响

The impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life for hypothyroidism combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对甲状腺功能减退合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年9月～2012年10月我院接治的63例甲状腺功能减退合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者为研究对象，根据护理方式的不同分为观察组29例采用综合护理，对照组34例采用常规护理，分析两组患者干预前后的生理指标、生活质量指数、SAS评分及护理满意度。结果观察组在情感功能和症状上有明显改善，且改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），干预后在社会交往和13常活动上两组改善程度相近，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预前两组患者的SAS评分、BMI相比差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在综合护理干预后观察组的SAS评分、BMI明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在满意度上的调查发现，观察组患者对综合护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者对常规护理的满意度，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理干预对甲状腺功能减退合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的生活质量有明显的改善。

Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life for thyroid dysfunction with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patient. Methods 63 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in our hospital from September 2008 to October 2012 were studied. The patients were divided into observation group with 29 cases with comprehensive nursing intervention and control group 34 patients were treated with routine nursing. The physiological index, quality of life index, SAS score and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the emotional function and symptoms were significantly improved, and the improve- ment was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. The intervention in social intercourse and daily activities of the two groups were similar, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the SAS score and BMI score between the two groups before the intervention（P〉0.05）. After comprehensive nursing intervention, the SAS score and BMI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. In the satisfaction survey, the observation group of patients in the satisfaction of the overall nursing sat- isfaction was significantly higher than the control group of patients with conventional nursing satisfaction, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with hypothyroidism and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome has improved significantly.
