程序化急救护理对ACS患者急诊处理时间及急救成功率的影响

目的针对程序化急救护理对ACS患者急诊处理时间及急救成功率的影响进行分析。方法随机选择2013年11月～2014年11月期间我院收治的ACS患者120例作为本次研究的对象，随机分为对照组和研究组。研究组患者实施程序化急救护理，对照组患者实施传统的急救护理。针对两组患者的急诊处理时间、急救成功率、并发症发生率进行观察对比。结果研究组患者的急诊处理时间明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组患者的急救成功率为96．67％，对照组为80．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组患者的并发症发生率为5．00％，对照组为20．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在ACS患者的急诊抢救中实施程序化急救护理，可以缩短患者的急诊处理时间，快速、有效地对患者实施急救抢救，并促进急救成功率的提升．降低并发症的产生。

Objective To analyze programmatic emergency care for the ACS patients the emergency processing time and success rate of first aid the influence. Methods 120 cases of patients with ACS randomly selected during November 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and Research group, research group of patients implemented programmatic emergency care, control group patients implemented the traditional emergency care.In view of the two groups of patients with emergency processing time, emergency treatment success rate, incidence of complications were compared. Results The research group of patients with emergency processing time was obviously lower than the control group, there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Research group of patients with emergency treatment success rate was 96.67%, the control group was 80.00%, there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Research group of patients with complication rate was 5.00%, the control group was 20.00%, there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the emergency rescue of patients with ACS, the implementation of programmatic emergency care, can shorten the patient＇s emergency processing time, rapid and effective for patients with emergency rescue, and promote the success rate of emergency ascent, reduce the complications.
