负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足的疗效及护理

Curative effect observation of vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of diabetic foot and nursing

目的总结观察负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足的疗效及护理。方法选择2013年5月～2015年1月我院治疗的64例糖尿病足患者随机分为对照组（32例）和治疗组（32例），治疗组采用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗．对照组予常规治疗。观察记录并比较两组患者的疗效、起效时间、换药次数。结果治疗6周后，治疗组的显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）；治疗组患者的平均起效时间和愈合时间显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组的换药次数显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足是一种有效的治疗方法，积极有效的护理是保证治疗成功的关键环节。

Objective To explore the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of diabetic foot and the nursing. Methods A total of 64 cases with diabetic foot from May 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, observation group（n=32）and control group（n=32）; routine treatment was given to all the patients in both groups while vacuum sealing drainage was added to patients in observation group and surgical dressing change and nursing to patients in control group. The difference of the two groups about the clinical effect, onset time, wound healing time and the time of dressing change were observed and compared. Results Effective treatment rates in observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The onset time and the wound healing time were shorter（P〈0.05）. The time of dressing change was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage is an effective method in treatment of diabetic foot, and active nursing interventions is the key to ensuring the success of the treatment.
