摘要 目的探讨MRI在膝骨关节炎诊断中的应用,分析其影像学特征,以期为临床辅助诊断提供依据。方法回顾性分析选择2014年1-12月膝骨关节炎患者64例的临床资料及影像学资料,分析膝骨关节炎MRI的影像学特征。结果所有患者均有关节软骨不同程度的损伤,其中有33例患者多个部位软骨损伤,10例患者因软骨早期损伤而出现关节腔隙狭窄的表现,61例患者表现为半月板变性,18例患者表现为关节囊扩张的关节囊积液表现,T1WI上呈低信号,7例患者发现有关节内游离体的存在,31例患者关节边缘形成骨赘,在T1WI和T2WI上均呈低信号表现,3例患者发生半月板囊肿,2例患者胭窝囊肿。结论磁共振能够清晰显示膝关节骨性关节炎早期软骨病变,对早期诊断骨性关节炎、评价治疗效果、监测病情进展等具有重要的意义。 Objective To discuss application of MRI in diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis,and to analyze image,for providing the basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods Clinical data and image dale of 64 cases with knee osteoarthritis from Jan to Dec 2014 were respectively analyzed.MRI imaging characteristics of MRI imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results Varying degrees of damage of joint cartilage were shown in all patients,and 33 cases with multiple sites cartilage injury.Joint cavities narrow were shown due to early cartilage injury in 10 cases.Meniscal degeneration was shown in 61 cases.Expansion joint capsule was shown in 18 cases,with low signal on T1 WI.The relevant section of loose bodies were found in 7 patients.Joint edge formation of osteophytes was found in 31 cases,with low signal on T1 WI and T2 WI.Meniscal cyst was found in 3 cases,and popliteal cyst was found in 2 cases.Conclusion MRI can clearly show early osteoarthritis of the knee cartilage lesions,and has important significance for early diagnosis of osteoarthritis,evaluation of treatment,monitoring of disease progression.
