摘要 为避免电网故障线路切除后潮流转移引起后备保护误动作,结合理论与实验数据分析,指出了基于潮流转移因子的补偿法由于忽略节点注入功率的改变,可能造成计算线路电流的误差过大、潮流转移识别错误,深入分析了造成不足的原因。为提高识别可靠性,增加了辅助判据,改进了已有的潮流转移识别方案,阐述了具体实施流程,并通过仿真验证了改进方案对准确识别潮流转移以及时闭锁后备保护、防止其误动作的有效性和优越性。 In order to avoid the misoperation of backup protection caused by power flow transferring after the removal of the grid failure line, combined with the theory and experimental data analysis, it is pointed out that the compensation method based on the power flow transferring factor has these shortcomings, which may cause a large error of the calculation of the line current and the identification error of the power flow due to the neglect of the change of the injection power in node. The paper analyzes the cause of the shortcomings, adds the auxiliary criterion for improving the reliability of identification, improves the existing power flow transferring identification scheme, and expounds the specific implementation process. The simulation results show that the effectiveness and superiority of improved scheme to identify the trend of the transfer accurately as well as lock backup protection in time so as to prevent its possible malfunction.
