摘要
复合绝缘子的质量直接关系到输电线路的安全运行,针对复合绝缘子的检测试验有着重要意义。检测芯棒耐水解能力和绝缘子内部隐蔽性缺陷的水扩散试验是检测复合绝缘子性能的一项重要试验。使用不同厂家、不同年份、不同批次、有无护套等不同特性的绝缘子样品进行水扩散试验,着重研究使用不同水煮时间(100 h,200 h,300 h)对应的泄露电流的变化,以及对绝缘子样品的检测效果的差异,并测量了绝缘子样品的介损角。研究发现,对带护套的短样品进行更长时间的水扩散试验能够更加有效地帮助判断芯棒以及芯棒-护套交界面的质量。
The quality of composite insulators is directly related to the safe operation of the transmission lines. It is particularly important to test the quality of composite insulators. The water diffusion test, which can be used to test the core's capability of resistant to hydrolysis and the internal inner defect of composite insulators, is an important test for testing the performance of composite insulators. In this paper, composite insulator samples with different characteristics, such as different manufacturers, different years, different batches, with or without a sheath, have been used for water diffusion test. This paper focuses on the change of leakage current under different water boiling time (eg100 h, 200 h, 300 h), as well as the difference detection effect of insulator samples. In addition, the dielectric loss angle of insulator samples is measured in this paper. The study found that a longer time water diffusion test on insulator samples with a short sheath can be more effective in helping us determine the quality of cores and coresheath interface.
