振荡型雷电冲击电压下油纸绝缘气隙模型局部放电特性

摘要 研究了基于IEC60060-3标准的振荡型雷电冲击电压下油纸绝缘气隙模型的局部放电特性,建立了1台符合IEC60060-3标准的振荡型雷电冲击电压发生器,它能够产生各种类型的振荡型雷电冲击电压波形,正负极性可调。利用高频电流传感器(HFCT)测量振荡型雷电冲击电压下的局部放电,结果表明,振荡型雷电冲击电压的极性和振荡频率对局部放电特性的影响很小,且其幅值与局部放电个数呈正比例关系。 The paper investigates the partial discharge characteristics of a cylindrical void in oil-immersed insulation under the oscillating lightning impulse voltage based on IEC60060-3 standard, and sets up an oscillating lightning impulse voltage generator, which satisfies the requirements of the IEC60060-3 standard, to produce the oscillating lightning impulse voltages. Moreover the generator can produce a variety of oscillating frequencies and positive and negative oscillating lightning impulse voltage. A high frequency current transformer(HFCT) is used to measure the partial discharge. The experimental results suggest that the polarity and oscillating frequency of the oscillating lightning impulse voltage has a small effect on the partial discharge characteristics, and the number of the partial discharge pulses is proportional to the amplitude of the oscillating lightning impulse voltage.
