摘要
以数据库技术和可视化技术为支撑,以国家电网关于特殊区域分布图(雷区、冰区、舞动区)的相关规范标准为依据,将特殊区域分布图的绘制规则归类、抽象、建模,封装固有不变流程,将可变因子以规则库参数形式进行更新和调整,并采用计算机软件集成技术和地理信息系统开发技术,研制集电力系统特殊区域分布图自动生成、编辑、审批、发布为一体的绘制系统,为电网规划和电网防灾减灾提供决策依据。
The study is based on database technology, visualization technology and the relevant standards of State Grid on special regional distribution map, including lightning protection zone, ice covered zone and conductor galloping zone, and conducts the classification, abstraction and modeling of the special region distribution map. Moreover, the stationary drawing processes are encapsulated, and variable factors are updated and adjusted in the form of rule base. Finally, the power drawing system for the special region distribution map is developed with computer software integration technology and geographic information system. The system has the following functions： automatic generation, editing, approval and publishing.
