摘要
在对基本预备费在工程中的实际状态和影响因素进行分析的基础上,提出了一种新的输变电工程基本预备费费率的测算模式和方法。通过这一方法,完成了基本预备费费率一次调整和二次修正。同时,针对新费率域值具有较大波动性这一特点,对新费率进行了曲线拟合,了解和掌握了变电工程和线路工程基本预备费费率在工程概算和估算中活动空间与总体规律,获得了能够客观反映当前输变电工程基本预备费现状的费率新标准。
Based on the analysis of the actual state and influence factors of the basic preparatory cost in project, the paper propose a new basic reserve fund rate calculation method for transmission and distribution project. Through this method, the basic rate of preparation has gotten one adjustment and two amendments. Meanwhile, aiming at the characteristic of new rate threshold with high volatility, curve fitting is used for the new rate. The activity space and general law of the basic rate of preparation of substation engineering and line engineering in the engineering estimates and budget estimates are understood and mastered. The new standard of rate, which can reflect the current situation of the basic reserve in power transmission project, is obtained in this paper.
