摘要
依据JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》、JJG313—2010《测量用电流互感器》、JJF1033—2008《计量标准考核规范》的理论和有关规定,结合实际情况,以实例形式详细分析了测量用电流互感器测量结果的不确定度。根据电流互感器不确定度评定的测量函数及测量过程,分析各输入量的标准不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度,并根据概率分布和所要求的置信水平确定置信因子,最终得到扩展不确定度。为电流互感器标准装置提供了评定测量不确定度的方法^([1-3])。
Combined with the actual situation, the paper analyzes the uncertainties of current transformers used in measurement, according to the theories and related regulations of the criterion including JJF1059.1-2012, JJG313-2010 and JJF1033-2008. Based on the measurement function and measurement process of the uncertainty evaluation for the current transformer, the paper analyzes the standard uncertainty components of the input variables, calculates the synthetic uncertainty, and determines the confidence factor to obtain the expanded uncertainty according to the confidence level for probability distribution. A method for evaluating the uncertainty of measurement is provided for building the standard device of current transformer.
