摘要
本文对人参四逆汤煎剂中人参皂甙的含量测定方法进行了研究。采用萃取-薄层比色法测定人参总皂甙回收率达97.07±3.68%(n=8),方法准确,重现性较好。为以人参四逆汤煎剂为基础方,开发新制剂,提供了内在质量控制的方法。
Renshen sinitang is aformula of Chinese traditional medicinend meteria medica. It is a compoundpreparation of panax ginseng root. Amethod of extractive separation and su-eguent TLC-Colorimetric determinationof ginseng saponins in the preparation wasreported. It's measured condition was performedto investigate and satisfactory results wasodtained. The recovery of ginseng saponi-ns was 97.07±3.68% (n=8). The internalquality of preparations can be controlledwith this method.
