摘要 目的:探讨信息化数字医院背景下药事绩效指标考评体系建立与实现方法。方法:通过成立项目开发小组,明确人员分工,确定绩效考评原则和绩效考评标准及考评流程、计算公式,与信息技术工程人员合作完成软件开发和功能完善。结果:完成医院药事考核评价的绩效考评体系,并在信息化手段帮助下实现绩效考评到个人的全过程、可视化管理,拓宽护理信息化的应用范围。结论:借助信息化手段,实现药事绩效考评体系指标多样性,数据采集的实时性和客观性,达到绩效考评的目的,提高临床用药质量,推进临床用药安全、合理、有效。 Objective:To discuss about the establishment and implementation method of pharmacy performance assessment system under the background of informatization digital hospital.Method:Through the establishment of project development team,personnel's division of labor is defined.The principle of performance assessment and performance assessment standard,evaluation process and calculation formula of the nursing jobs is defined.Software development and function improvement are completed together with the information technology engineering personnel.Results:The pharmacy performance assessment system with separated evaluation of cure with the help of informatization means,the visual management of the whole process from performance assessment to individuals is realized.The application range of pharmacy informatization is widened.Conclusion:With the help of informatization means,the index diversity of pharmacy performance assessment system and real-time performance and objectivity of data acquisition are implemented,so as to achieve the purpose of performance assessment,improve the quality of pharmacy,and promote the high-quality pharmacy service.In order for clinical medication safety rationalization effective.
