摘要 针对当前医院范围内的医疗资源分配优化问题,提出了基于多Agent仿真和临床路径的医疗资源调度方法。该方法的基本思路是通过临床路径来统一描述病患复杂的就诊流程,通过Agent方法描述病患和医生、检查设备、治疗设备等医疗资源之间的关系,使用多Agent仿真方法考察各种医疗资源分配方法的优劣。构建了基于多Agent仿真的医疗资源调度问题模型框架,并给出了仿真调度方法,为下一步构建仿真平台和解决实际问题奠定了基础。 According to the optimization problem of medical resource distribution in hospital,a medical resource schedule methodology based on multi-agent simulation and clinical pathway is promoted.The clinical pathway is used to describe complex patient' s treatment process,and the agent is used to describe the relationship between patients with medical resource such as doctor,medical device,on which the multi-agent simulation method is used to evaluate the distribution strategy of various medical resources.The model framework of multi-agent simulation based medical resource schedule problem id construct,and the simulation scheduling method is given,which has laid the foundation for next construction of simulation platform and solution of practice problem.
