摘要
目的:针对某军队医院2006年以来的远程医疗1687例数据进行分析,为实现远程医疗全方位的服务奠定基础,同时在远程医疗服务方向提出了建议。方法:采用参数假设检验和单因素方差分析方法对远程医疗数据统计、分析和总结。结果:2006年以来所有会诊例数回复日期基本在三天以内,根据地区不同,每年申请例数有显著性差异。结论:完善管理制度,落实会诊要求;定期进行帮带服务,减少地区差异是推动远程移动医疗服务的努力方向。
Objective： To conduct a military hospital in 2006 for telemedicine since 1687 cases of data analysis, to lay the foundation for the realization of telemedicine full range of services, while proposals in the direction of telemedicine services. Methods： Parameter hypothesis testing and ANOVA statistical method for remote medical data, analysis and summary. Results： Since 2006 the number of cases all return date basic consultation within three days, depending on the region, each year there are Significant differences in the application number of cases. Conclusion： Improve the management system, the implementation of the consultation requirements; regular service helping to reduce regional disparities is to promote the remote mobile medical service endeavors.
