摘要 目的:对医院影像系统(PACS)所产生的大量图文数据进行基于电信天翼云存储的系统架构升级改造和应用效果评价。方法:对原来PACS存储重新划定了影像中心存储容量,并利用存储网关技术与天翼云进行对接和数据定期传输。结果:该项目改造后日均上传云端的数据量430G,平均上传速度达到5M/秒,下载速度也能满足临床医生工作需要;可在线查询病人的所有图文数据资料;云存储技术具有安全保障,数据加密,自动异地冗余,很低的读写延误和几乎无限大的扩展性,快速自愈和异地容灾等特点。结论:基于天翼云存储的医院PACS架构改造和应用是解决海量影像数据存储安全可靠的有效途径。 Objective:To upgrade the system architecture of the Picture Achieving Communication Storage systems(PACS) in our hospital with large amounts of graphics data which based on Tianyi Cloud storage.Methods:The storage capacity of Imaging Center of PACS was redistributed,and with the Tianyi cloud storage gateway technology and data transmission on a regular basis.Results:The project transformation upload cloud of data volume reached 430 G per day,average upload speed reached 5M/second,download speed can also meet clinical needs;doctors can query patients all related graphic data online;cloud storage technology was characteristic by security guarantees,data encryption,automatically offsite redundant,with low delays of data read and write and almost unlimited further extended,fast self-healing and off-site disaster-tolerant backup.Conclusions:Based on Tianyi cloud storage with hospital PACS schema modification and application is the effective as well as security way to solve large volumes of image data storage.Information center,Jiaxing First Hospital,Jiaxing 314000,Zhejiang Province,P.R.C.
