摘要
为解决地下水中锰含量超标问题,采用以陶瓷平板膜为核心的处理装置,探究了p H值、水中溶解氧,进水流速等因素对试验效果的影响。结果表明,在p H值为7.6,溶解氧为5mg/L,进水流量为9~12 m L/min时,该装置对地下水中锰的去除效果比较理想,锰含量稳定在0.1mg/L以下,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求。采用陶瓷平板膜处理地下水中的锰,具有比生物法操作简单、运行灵活,比药剂氧化法节约时间和成本、不产生二次污染等特点。
In order to solve the issue of groundwater with excessive manganese,the influence of p H,dissolved oxygen and inflow velocity on test results was discussed adopting ceramic flat membrane as the core treatment device. The results indicated that the removal effect of this device on manganese was efficient when the p H was 7. 6,dissolved oxygen was 5 mg / L and the inflow velocity was from 9 to 12 m L / min in groundwater,which could meet the requirements of Standard for drinking water quality( GB5749-2006). The ceramic flat membrane treatment method possessed the characteristics of simple and flexible operation,compared with the biological method. This method also saved time and cost,and did not produce secondary contamination compared with chemical oxidation method.
