摘要 供水企业的业务性质要求供水企业必须以整体信息化为出发点,将企业运营相关的所有数据进行集中管理。但由于历史原因,供水企业中存在大量的信息孤岛。针对供水企业存在的信息孤岛问题,基于多agent技术研究了供水企业跨业务应用、跨软件系统、跨操作平台的信息集成平台,提出了基于多agent技术的供水企业信息集成框架。框架分为决策支持层、事务处理层以及数据模型层,采用多层实现,每层相对独立,无严格的依附关系,且均为积木模块化的单元构成。该框架能使各业务系统有效结合,在全局的高度进行互联和互访问,有助于供水企业的信息系统整合。 Information integration should be the starting point in water supply enterprise because of the business nature. The all relative data of enterprise operation should be managed together. There was much isolated information island in water supply enterprise due to historical reasons. Aiming at the current status in water supply enterprise,the information integration platform and framework of water supply enterprise cross-business application,cross-software system and cross-operation platform were studied based on multi-agent technology. The framework was divided into decision support layer,transaction processing layer and data model layer. Each layer was relatively independent,and there was no strict dependency relationship and was unit composition of building block modularization. This framework could effectively combine the business systems from the global level of the high degree of interconnection and mutual access,which was helpful for the information system integration in water supply enterprises.
