极薄煤层穿层钻孔抽采卸压瓦斯技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对小煤矿极薄煤层开采过程中工作面瓦斯超限频繁的问题,该文以四川白鹤煤矿为例,采用顶底板穿层钻孔技术进行了卸压瓦斯抽采试验,结果表明:顶板穿层钻孔抽采卸压瓦斯效果理想,瓦斯抽采率达到了33%;底板穿层钻孔抽采卸压瓦斯的单孔瓦斯流量较小,浓度较高。通过顶底板穿层钻孔对邻近层进行瓦斯抽采,工作面瓦斯超限问题得到了有效解决,保障了安全生产,为相似条件下的瓦斯抽采提供了依据。 According to the problem of gas overrun frequently in the process of mining in small thin coal seam, this paper takes Baihe mine in Sichuan as an example, the technology of borehole passing through roof and floor is used for gas drainage in pressure releasing area, the results showed that the borehole passing through roof is ideal for pressure relief gas extraction, the gas extraction rate was 33%; the gas flow in boreholes passing through bottom is smaller for gas extraction in pressure relief area, on the contrary,the gas concentration is higher. Through boreholes passing through strata for gas extraction, the problem of gas overrun in the working face has been solved effectively,ensure the safety in production,and provide the basis for gas extraction under similar conditions.
