摘要
该文介绍了在综采工作面撤除工艺中,综合采用差异互补式全掩护撤除工艺、掩护支架自牵引联动装置、运输滑移多用轨道及自动找正装车平台与支架液控调整装置形成流水线化高效回撤系统,提高了工作效率,为安全撤除提供了有力保障。
The fully mechanized mining work face removing process was introduced in this paper, using the flexible macroblock ordering removing system that consist of a combination of difference complementary type full cover removing technique, self- traction device of shield support, transport slip multi-purpose orbit, transport slip multi track and automatically finding suits car platform and support hydraulic control adjusting device, which greatly improves the work efficiency, and provide a powerful guarantee for safe removal.
