Conception of the loading, measurement and sampling system of automobile transportation

针对目前各煤矿场地汽车销煤运行现状以及存在的问题,采取对存煤场地改造,并在煤场装车输煤皮带上方选择合适的位置安装多个皮带给煤漏斗,每一个皮带给煤漏斗装载不同煤质的煤炭,从而实现装车煤质均匀;在装车皮带运输机下料口安装皮带落煤采样机,根据发运量采取煤样子样。

Aimed at the coal situation and the existing problems by the automobile transportation, by transforming the coal field that selected a suitable location above the coal conveyer and arranged with a plurality of belt coal hopper, and the belt coal hopper loads the different quality coal, which achieve uniform loading coal; under the belt loading conveyer hopper installation belt falling coal sampling machine, according to shipments of coal sample.
