近年来,山东能源新矿集团协庄煤矿结合实际,创新"4s对标管理理念",通过开展"立标、对标、达标、创标"的实践活动,搭建了"六级多维"对标管理模式,建立一套完整的对标管理体系和考核体系,全面提升了矿井管理水平。
In recent years, Xiezhuang Coal Mine of Shandong energy new mines group combined with practical, innovative "4s benchmarking management philosophy of" by practice of conducting "beacon, benchmarking, compliance, a standard", to build six multi-dimensional benchmarking management mode, establish a set of complete on the subject of management system and evaluation system, which enhanced the overall management level of the mine.
