摘要
本文从城市道路交通规划的主客体关系、城市道路交通状况演化的“慢变量支配快变量”等原理出发,说明城市道路交通长期规划可以突出人居环境理念。本文以拥有良好的城市空间组织形式和完美的艺术形象为目标,讨论了给予建成区交通生成量和吸引量新赋值,避免以解决交通问题为唯一规划目标,致使原先设计完美的城市景观被道路交通设施严重切割,产生空间碎裂效应等偏差的交通规划方法。
This paper starts from the subject-object relation of urban road transport rules and the evolution of such a transport system, based on which it il- lustrates that the concept of human set- tlements should be highlighted in the long-term urban road transport planning. Targeting at a sound urban spatial organ- ization and an ideal artistic image, the planning should bestow a new assignment to the traffic generation and attraction volume of built-up areas, instead of aiming to only solve traffic problems. In so doing, it can avoid the rupture and fragmentation of the originally designed urban landscape.
