摘要 空间交通管理是指通过技术手段和相关的监管规定,提升进入太空、在太空运行以及从太空返回地球过程中的安全性,以避免物理或射频干扰的影响.在综述空间碎片相关模型以及空间交通管理方法研究现状的基础上,指出了可以通过构建人工空间系统,利用平行系统的方法研究空间交通管理问题. Space traffic management is using technical and regulatory provisions to enhance the safe access to space, safe operation in space and safe return to Earth, which avoids the physical and radiofrequency interference. Based on the review of the relative models of space debris and the space traffic management methods, the way of building the artificial space system based on ACP methods is proposed, which can deal with the management problem of space system.
