促胰液素对小脑浦肯野细胞抑制性突触的调节 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察促胰液素(secretin)对小脑中间神经元—浦肯野细胞抑制性突触的影响。方法采用小脑脑片膜片钳技术,脑片灌流液中给予secretin,观察其对浦肯野细胞上抑制性突触后电流的影响。结果 Secretin应用后,浦肯野细胞诱发性抑制性突触后电流增强;自发性抑制性突触后电流也增强。结论 Secretin可能参与调节浦肯野细胞的功能及其信号传递,从而参与小脑功能的调节。 Objective To investigate the effect of secretin on the GABA-ergic synapse in the cerebellum and its mechanism. Methods Evoked inhibitory postsynaptic current( e IPSC) induced by stimulating the presynaptic neurons and spontaneous inhibitory postsynaptic current( s IPSC) of Purkinje cells in the cerebellum were recorded. Results After the treatment of secretin,not only the amplitude of e IPSC recording on purkinje cells was increased,but also s IPSC. Conclusion Secretin facilitates the inhibitory synaptic transmission on the Purkinje cells in the rat cerebellum,and it may be involved in the modulation of the cerebellum's function.
