Research on Mechanism Innovation of Project and Disciplinary Management in Modern Agricultural Research Institutes—— Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

项目与学科管理机制创新是现代农业科研院所科技管理体制创新的重要抓手之一。该文以福建省农业科学院为例,分析了其项目与学科管理建设情况与存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了创新现代农业科研院所项目与学科建设机制的建议。

The mechanism innovation of project and disciplinary management is one of the important starting points on the innovation of sci-tech management system in modern agricultural research institutes.This paper takes Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the construction of project and disciplinary management.Based on the analysis,the countermeasures are put forward to innovate the construction mechanism of project and disciplinary management in modern agricultural research institutes.
