那楼浅生莲藕新品种引进品比试验

Comparison Test of New Shallow Lotus Root Cultivars in Nalou Town

为选育出适宜那楼地区生产种植的浅生、高产、优质的莲藕新品种,以鄂莲5号为对照,对5个引进的莲藕新品种进行了生物学性状、适应性、抗病性、丰产性等综合农艺性状的品比试验。结果表明,鄂莲7号和巨无霸早熟、高产,抗病性强,各个调查指标都比对照好,可在那楼地区进行下一步的生产试验和示范推广。

With the purpose of selecting shallow, high yield and quality lotus root varieties suitable for growing in Nalou,we took the ＇Elian No.5＇ as contrast, 5 new lotus cultivars were compared by their biological characteristics, adaptability,disease resistance, yield and other comprehensive agronomic characters. The results showed that ＇Elian No.7＇ and＇Juwuba＇ were early-ripe cultivars, which had high yield and strong resistance, with every index surveyed better than the control variety. Therefore, these ones could be introduced for pilot production and demonstration trials in the near future in Nalou.
