种茎割除时间对双季茭白秋茭产量及商品性的影响

Time of Cutting Off Seed-stem of Double-Cropping Autumn Zizania latifolia Had Different Influence on Yield and Quality

为探索提高秋茭产量和商品性的新技术,以双季茭白浙茭6号为试验材料,分别于移栽后15、30、45 d割除茭白种茎,考察分析种茎不同割除时间对茭白生长发育及其经济效益的影响。试验结果表明,移栽后30、45 d割除茭白种茎,可以提高茭白有效分蘖数、增加壳茭质量、改善茭白商品性、促进增产增收;割除时间过早,分蘖数量过多,不利于培育大分蘖,达不到预期的增产目的。建议双季茭白秋季种茎割除时间以移栽后30 d左右为宜。

To explore the new technique for improving yield and quality of double-cropping autumn Zizania latifolia., we took the Zhejiao No.6（double-cropping Zizania latifolia） as test materials, cut off seed-stems at time points of 15 d, 30 d and 45 d after transplanting, respectively. The effect on the growth and the economic benefit of the time of cutting off seed-stem of Zizania latifolia were investigated. The results showed that cutting off seed-stems of Zizania latifolia at 30 d and 45 d after transplanting could increase tiller numbers, shell weig ht, quality, yield and income. Cutting off too early with excess tiller numbers were not conducive to cultivating large tiller and could not improving the expected yield. Cutting off seed-stem at 30 d after transplanting was more suitable for double-cropping autumn Zizania latifolia.
