In this paper, the advantages of the lotus root industry in Jining were analyzed, the current situations and the problems existed in lotus industry in Jining were deeply researched, and the industry development prospects were prospected, developing local lotus roots industry from the lotus root deep processing system, sales channels, industry technology level and leisure tourism title were put forward.
