高硅石粉在PHC管桩混凝土中的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同石粉掺量及不同养护制度对混凝土拌合物、硬化混凝土机理的影响及高硅石粉在预应力管桩混凝土中的试验及等量替代水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉的可行性。试验结果表明,适量掺入石粉可以明显改善新拌混凝土的和易性和硬化混凝土的微孔隙结构,进而提高管桩混凝土的耐久性能。 The influence of the different stone powder content and different curing system on the mechanism of concrete and hardened concrete mixture and the feasibility Of cement, fly ash and mineral powder equivalently replaced by high silica powder to produce prestressed concrete pile are studied. The test results show that the proper amount of adding stone powder can obviously improve the workability of fresh concrete and micro pore structure of hardened concrete, thus improving the durability performance of pile concrete.
