摘要
研究了聚苯颗粒掺量为2400m L、2600m L、2800m L时各因素对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,确定了原料最佳配合比。结果表明,以比强度为考核指标时,最佳配合比为:水胶比0.65、泡沫掺量3500m L、聚苯颗粒掺量2800m L;以导热系数为考核指标时,最佳配合比为:水胶比0.55、泡沫掺量2500m L、聚苯颗粒掺量2400m L。孔结构分析表明,掺加聚苯颗粒泡沫混凝土的孔隙率增大和孔隙尺寸降低,都会明显提高其力学性能。
The effects of various factors on properties of foam concrete are studied when polystyrene particles dosage is 2400mL, 2600mL and 2800mL, the best mix ratio of raw materials is determined. The results show that with the specific strength as assessment indicators, the best mixing ratio include that water/cement ratio is 0.65, foam dosage is 3500mL, polystyrene particles dosage is 2800mL; with the thermal conductivity as assessment indicators, the best mixing ratio include 0.55 water/cement ratio, 2500mL foam dosage, 2400mL polystyrene particles dosage. Pore structure analysis indicate that by adding polystyrene particles, porosity of foam concrete is increased and pore size of foam concrete is decreased, which can obviously improve its mechanical properties.
