摘要
泰州金融服务区二层地下室整体工程建筑面积约为18.68万m2,基础埋深为-19.50m,局部为-12.15m。以图示方法探讨了合理划分超长大体积混凝土结构施工区域(段)方法,归纳了跳仓法施工的具体步骤,分析了针对本工程特点采取的施工技术措施和组织措施,重点介绍了后浇带施工技术措施、施工缝处置技术措施、钢管混凝土柱浇筑方法、顶板混凝土防收缩裂缝措施,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
The two-floor-underground basement project of Tai zhou financial service centre with a -19.50meter embedded depth of foundation and -12.15meter local buried depth covers an area of about 186,800 square meters. Illustrating as an important carrier, the reasonable division for construction areas of super-long concrete structure construction is discussed, with a summary of the processes of the jump warehouse construction, measures of construction technology and organizational measures of this engeneering are analyzed, processes of the construction of post-cast strip, treatment of construction joints, the prevention of roof concrete shrinkage crack and concrete-filled steel tube are introducted, which can provide reference for projects.
