摘要
以冷榨油茶籽油为原料,进行碱炼脱酸工艺研究,在单因素试验基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计响应面法优化碱炼脱酸工艺条件。结果表明:碱液质量分数为13%,超碱量0.15%,反应时间25 min,碱炼温度60℃。在此条件下,油茶籽油的酸价可达到0.204 mg KOH/g。
Oil-tea camellia seed oilby cold pressed was used to study carried out in alkali refining acid stripping.The optimization conditions for oil-tea camellia seed oil deacidification by response surface method(RSM) were performed.The result showed that the optimum parameters were:the lye quality fraction of 13%,the ultra-alkali capacity of 0.15%,the alkali refining time of 25 min,and the alkali refining temperature of 60 ℃.With the above processing,the acid value of oil-tea camellia seed oil was 0.204 mg KOH/g.
