摘要
以金黄色葡萄球菌为供试菌,通过扫描电镜观察和呼吸抑制试验,研究二氢杨梅素对细菌形态及呼吸代谢的影响。试验结果表明,二氢杨梅素作用后的金黄色葡萄球菌,其菌体形态与对照组相比有明显的变化,菌体出现严重皱缩、干瘪、扭曲变形等现象。二氢杨梅素对金黄色葡萄球菌的呼吸代谢具有明显的抑制效果,并主要通过三羧酸循环(TCA)途径来抑制整个菌体的呼吸代谢,具体的抑制部位和方法还需进一步研究。
The effect of dihydromyricetin on morphology and respiratory inhibition which used Staphylococcus aureus was researched by SEM observation and respiratory metabolism experiment.The results showed that dihydromyricetin could cause the morphology of Staphylococcus aureus changed significantly,such as wrinkled,shriveled,and distorted.Dihydromyricetin had significant inhibitory effect on the respiratory metabolism of Staphylococcus aureus,and it mainly inhibits the bacteria by the TCA cycle.The concrete location and method of inhibition needs further study.
