摘要
研究胀果甘草多糖活性炭脱色的工艺,筛选和优化出活性炭的最佳脱色条件。利用活性炭脱色的方法对新疆胀果甘草进行脱色,以z值为评价指标,在优化活性炭添加量、活性炭添加量、脱色时间和脱色温度的单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法同样以z值为评价指标,对脱色工艺进行优选。结果表明,脱色的最佳条件为:活性炭添加量5 g、脱色次数1次、时间40 min、温度45℃。
Study the swelling fruit of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide activated carbon decoloring process.Use active carbon decoloring of Xinjiang swelling fruit licorice decoloring,z value as the evaluation index,on the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment method,also taking z value as the evaluation index,which was used to optimize the decoloring process.The results showed that the best condition of decolorizing activated carbon as 5 g,decoloring 40 min,once,and temperature of45℃
