响应面法优化酸水解花生壳制备木糖的工艺研究 被引量:1

Response Surface Optimization of Acid-hydrolysis Condition for Xylose Production from Peanut Hull

摘要 以花生壳为原料,应用酸水解法制备木糖并对制备工艺进行优化。在单因素的基础上,应用响应面法考察了硫酸浓度、水解温度和水解时间对花生壳木糖产率的影响,并确定了最佳水解工艺。结果表明,在花生壳粒度为40目,硫酸浓度为2.1%、水解温度为121.5℃、水解时间为5 h的条件下,水解花生壳获得的木糖产率得到显著提高,达10.12%。由此可见,应用响应面法优化酸水解花生壳制备木糖的工艺,是一种行之有效的方法。 Xylose was produced from peanut hull by acid-hydrolysis,and the processing condition was optimized with response surface methodology.Based on single factor experiment,the effect of raw material size,sulphuric acid concentration,hydrolysis temperature and time on the xylose yield was studied.The optimal condition was that 40 mesh of size,2.1%of concentration,121.5 ℃ and 5 h for acid-hydrolysis,respectively.Under this condition,the yield of xylose from peanut hull acid-hydrolysis was 10.12%,which matched well with the theoretical value and proved the effectiveness of response surface method in hydrolysis optimization for xylose production.
