基于PCA分析的新疆沙漠果油抗氧化研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用索式法、超声波法、水酶法、水代法、回流法制备新疆沙漠果油,使用GC-MS对不同提取方法制备的沙漠果油样本中脂肪酸和甾醇等生物活性物质的组成及含量进行分析鉴定,并以DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力为指标,分别对样本抗氧化能力进行测定。结果表明,沙漠果油有很好的抗氧化的能力,通过比较其IC50值,水酶法对自由基的清除作用较明显;同时将检测的生物活性物质和抗氧化能力进行PCA分析与差值系数分析,初步确定清除自由基的关键活性物质。 Soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction,enzymatic extraction,aqueous extraction and reflux extraction methods were employed to extract oil from Xinjiang of Brazil nut.The fatty acids and sterol of the different kinds of oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and its antioxidation effect in vitro was also evaluated by ABTS^+ radical,DPPH radical,superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging assays.Brazil nut oil has good antioxidant capacity and the enzymatic extraction of Brazil nut oil had the strongest scavenging effect against free radicals by comparing IC(50).PCA and different coefficients were analyzed by activity compositions and antioxidation capacity.The scavenging free radicals of key compositions were initially identified.
