摘要
利用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)建立了蔬菜中噻虫嗪农药测定的方法。方法 试样中噻虫嗪农药残留在超声波振荡条件下用乙腈提取,经石墨化炭黑(Carb)和N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)粉末净化,经液相色谱质谱联用仪检。噻虫嗪农药残留的色谱图分离效果良好,在0.5-50.0 ng/mL质量浓度內呈现良好线性关系,R=0.999 9,方法的检出限为0.3μg/kg,回收率为89.9%-102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.8%-3.75%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏、净化效果好、回收率高,适合蔬菜中噻虫嗪农药残留的检测和安全监控。
The method for determing thiamethoxam in vegetable has been build utilizing LC/MS/MS technique.The pesticide residues in vegetable samples were extracted with dichloromethane and by acetonitrile,thiamethoxam were cleaned-up by Carb and PSA,determined by LC/MS/MS.A good separation for thiamethoxam was achieced using the establised method.The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5-50.0 ng/mL for thiamethoxam withR=0.999 9.The limits of detection were 0.3 μg/kg.The average recoveries for the pesticides ranged from 89.9%to 102.4%,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) between 1.8%and 3.75%for all compound.The method showed simple,rapid and sensitive,with good purifying effect and high recovery rate,and was suitable for the detection and security monitoring of pesticide residues in vegetable.
