国家统筹城乡试验区经济社会一体化发展经验探析——以重庆为例

The Analysis of Economic Society Integration Experience in the Urban- rural Experimental Zone: Taking Chongqing for Example

城乡一体化是构建社会主义和谐社会和消除城乡差距的重要内容。重庆市作为连接东西部地区经济的枢纽,也作为2007年国家批准的全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区,加快推进城乡一体化具有引领和实践的重要意义。通过选取城乡收入、投资储蓄、经济结构、基础设施等四个方面15个指标衡量重庆城乡一体化发展水平,应用主成分分析的方法计算出重庆城乡一体化得分,总结重庆区域城乡一体化的发展经验及对我国其他地区的借鉴。

The urban - rural integration is one of the most important contents of constructing socialist harmoni- ous society and eliminating the gap between urban and rural areas. As the economic and political connecting hub, Chongqing was approved as urban - rural integration comprehensive reform pilot area in 2007. Taking four aspects （ such as urban - rural income, investment saving, economic structure and infrastructure ） and 15 indicators to measure the level of urban - rural integration, this paper calculates the urban and rural integration score of Chongqing from 2003 to 2012 with principal component analysis, then sums up the development experience of reginal urban - rural integration in Chongqing.
