摘要
社交网络在图书馆中的应用改变了用户的信息行为,微信作为社交网络的典型案例,可用作图书馆开展主动服务的重要平台。本文在分析高校图书馆的社交网络服务现状后,提出基于微信平台,构建学科化服务的用户组织与服务的新模式,并结合南开大学图书馆的"微服务"实践,对开展学科服务的实现路径、服务要注意的问题进行探讨。
The application of social network in libraries has changed users' behaviors for utilizing information. As a typical model of social network, WeChat is also an important platform for libraries to conduct active service. After analyzing the current situation of social network services in academic libraries, the paper puts forward a new model for users management and service in providing subject service based on the platform of WeChat in academic libraries. In addition, the paper discusses the implementation paths and several problems of WeChat application in academic libraries.
