摘要
目的比较氯胺酮联合地西泮与氯胺酮联合咪达唑仑在巴马香猪腮腺磁共振(MR)检查过程中的麻醉效果,为乳猪MR检查麻醉用药提供参考。方法将10只巴马香猪乳猪按随机数字表法分为地西泮组、咪达唑仑组各5只。MR检查前地西泮组、咪达唑仑组均采用盐酸氯胺酮臀大肌肌肉注射;地西泮组通过耳缘静脉注射地西泮1.5 mg/kg;咪达唑仑组通过耳缘静脉注射咪达唑仑1.5 mg/kg。麻醉完成后予行腮腺MR检查,MR检查过程中追加地西泮或咪达唑仑麻醉。结果咪达唑仑组均麻醉合格,地西泮组均麻醉不合格,咪达唑仑组麻醉效果明显优于地西泮组(P<0.05);两组麻醉显效时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);咪达唑仑组麻醉作用时间明显长于地西泮组(P<0.05)。两组均无麻醉死亡。结论氯胺酮联合咪达唑仑麻醉较氯胺酮联合地西泮麻醉效果好,其麻醉作用时间长,可以作为巴马香猪乳猪腮腺MR检查的麻醉方法。
Objective To compare the anesthetic efficacy of ketamine combined with diazepam with that of ketamine combined with midazolam for magnetic resonance( MR) examination of parotid in Bama miniature pigs so as to provide the anesthetic medication for MR examination in the miniature pigs. Methods Ten Bama miniature pigs were divided into diazepam group( n = 5) and midazolam group( n =5) by random number table. Before MR examination,two groups were administered ketamine intramuscularly,then diazepam group and midazolam group were administered diazepam of 1. 5 mg / kg and midazolam of 1. 5 mg / kg through auricular veins,respectively. MR examination of parotid was performed after the anesthesia had finished. Additional diazepam or midazolam was used during MR examination. Results Qualified anesthesia was achieved in all pigs of midazolam group,but the anesthesia of all pigs in the diazepam group was disqualified. The anesthetic efficacy in the midazolam group was significantly superior to that in the diazepam group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the duration of taking effect between two groups( P〉0. 05). The acting time of midazolam group was significantly longer than that of diazepam group( P〈0. 05). No death due to anesthesia was observed in two groups. Conclusion Ketamine combined with midazolam can obtain a good anesthetic efficacy and has long acting time,which can be a anesthetic approach for MR examination of parotid in Bama miniature pigs.
