卷烟包装技术专利分析与研究

Research and Analysis on Cigarette Packaging Patents

目的分析近10年国内外烟草企业包装技术专利的申请情况和专利特点。方法通过对佰腾网、国家知识产权局网等中外专利数据库网站检索到的烟草企业在2004年至2013年间的包装技术类专利进行统计,并采用对比分析法等方法分析国内外大型烟企在包装领域专利申请情况、技术分布及研发趋势。结论烟草企业的包装领域已逐渐成为国内外包装科技创新的主力,发明专利是国外烟草企业专利的主要形式,国内烟草企业发明专利申请所占比重较低,专利结构有待优化。国内外烟草企业申请最多的包装技术专利为包装盒形、烟用滤棒和卷烟纸技术等内容。

Application and characteristics of patents in the packaging technology of cigarette companies both in China and abroad were analyzed through checking the patent data from 2004 to 2013 via domestic and overseas websites including www.5ipatent.com and the homepage of the State Intellectual Property Office of China. The patent application status,technology type distribution and RD trend were analyzed by comparative analysis approach and other patent analysis tools.The results showed that the packaging department of cigarette companies has become the main force of packaging innovation in China and abroad, invention patent was the main form of patents in overseas competitors, while the domestic cigarette companies applied a relatively small proportion of invention patents and the patent structure needs to be improved.The mostly applied packaging technology patents in domestic and foreign cigarette companies were the patents for packaging box, smoking filter and cigarette paper.
