景观疗养为主综合护理干预对提高糖尿病患者睡眠质量的疗效

Curative effect of comprehensive nursing intervention with landscape convalescence on improving sleep quality of sufferers with diabetics

目的探讨提高糖尿病患者睡眠质量的景观疗养护理方法。方法选取来疗养的44例糖尿病患者,随机分成两组,对照组22例采用常规药物治疗,实验组22例则在常规药物治疗的基础上给予景观疗养护理、健康教育、饮食护理、运动护理、心理护理等干预方法,15 d后对比两组疗养员的睡眠质量、血糖控制水平。结果实验组疗养后睡眠质量提高明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且疗养后对照组与实验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖平均值均下降,其中对照组疗养前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖平均值无显著差异,但实验组疗养后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖平均值显著低于疗养前(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能有效提高糖尿病睡眠质量,其作用机制可能与降低患者血糖、改善胰岛素敏感性有关。

Objective To explore the landscape convalescence nursing methods to improve sleep quality of sufferers with diabetics. Methods 44 patients with diabetics in convalescence were randomly divided into two groups,with 22 cases in the control group treated with conventional drug treatment,and 22 cases in the experimental group treated with intervention methods such as landscape convalescence nursing,health education,diet nursing,exercise nursing,psychological nursing on the basis of the routine drug treatment.Sleep quality and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups after 15 days of convalescence. Results In the experimental group sleep quality was better improved than the control group with difference of statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）.And fasting blood sugar and postprandial 2-hour mean in the control group and the experimental group after convalescence decreased.In the control group before and after convalescence,fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2-hour mean showed no significant difference,but in the experimental group after convalescence fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2-hour mean was significantly lower than that before convalescence（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve diabetic sleep quality,and its mechanism of action may reduce the blood sugar of the patients and improve insulin sensitivity.
