摘要
为降低引风机的耗电率,以黑龙江华电齐齐哈尔热电有限公司热电联产机组锅炉引风机电机为例,对引风机电机高压变频器的运行情况进行了分析,确定了自动旁路的方式以及控制系统接口的硬件配置和软件组态逻辑。经济效益分析数据证明,热电厂主要辅机电机加装高压变频器后,降低了引风机的耗电率,节能效果良好。
In order to reduce the power consumption rate of induced draft fans,taking the induced draft fan to the thermal-electric cogeneration unit of Heilongjiang Huadian Qiqihar Thermal Power Company Limited for example,application of the highvoltage inverter of the induced draft fan motor was analyzed. Auto by-pass and hardware settings for interfaces were decided,together with the software configuration logic. The data of economic benefit shows that the power consumption of the induced draft fan was decreased greatly after installation of the high-voltage converter on the auxiliary motors,which saves energy greatly.
