摘要 风力发电机叶片是一种柔性体结构,转动时由于大气环境复杂容易发生多模态振动,对风力发电机的平稳运行非常不利。传统半主动控制方法对结构单模态振动有很好的控制效果,但该方法用在多模态振动控制中会降低机电能的转换效率,控制效果不佳。提出了一种利用状态观测器来观测结构多模态振动下的主要振动模态,利用压电材料及外接电路对其主要振动模态进行半主动振动控制的方法,建立了风力发电机叶片的结构模型及其观测系统,试验验证结果表明,该方法效果良好。 The wind turbine blade is flexible structure. When the turbine is rotating,the multi-modal vibration of the blade occurrs easily due to complex atmospheric environment, and this is harmful for the wind turbine to operate smoothly. The traditional semi-active vibration control method can control unimodal vibration effectively. But when this method is used to control multimodal vibration,the energy transformation efficiency of the turbine will be reduced,and the vibration control effect is poor. A new control method was proposed. In this method,a state observer is used to observe the main vibration modal of the structure multi-modal vibration. Then using the piezoelectric material and external circuit,the semi-active vibration control method is adopted to control the main vibration modal. Based on this,the structure model of the wind turbine blade and the observing system were established. The result of the method was verified to be favorble by experiment.
