摘要 采用阶段磨选工艺处理某含硫铁矿,一段磨矿细度45%,磁选场强160 k A/m,二段磨矿细度80%,二段粗选场强143 k A/m,二段精选场强127 A/m,最后得到铁品位64.30%、硫含量0.25%的合格铁精矿,全铁回收率78.42%。在选矿过程中,一段磨选尾矿产率45%,尾矿可以在一段磨选后大量抛出,不仅避免了尾矿过磨带来的能量消耗,而且有利于提高二段磨选设备的台时处理量。 The double phased grinding-magnetic separation is used for one iron ore with pyrite in the paper. It can be found that first phased grinding fine is 45% with the magnetic field 160 k A/m, and the second phased grinding fine is 80% with the rough magnetic field 143 k A/m and the finish magnetic field 127 k A/m. The grade of final iron concentrate reaches 64.30% with its sulfur being less than 0.25%. Based the method, the recovery of the Fe can be reached 78.42%. In addition, in procedure of mineral separation, a great deal of tailing with 45% productivity in first phased may be discarded on the first phased grinding-magnetic separation, which is benefit for not only save the energy but also improve the capacity per hour for dressing equipments.
