摘要 为防止高炉炉缸、炉底发生烧穿,济钢1 750 m3在大修改造时,采用高炉专用缆式测温传感器,选择300PLC系统搭建硬件平台,Step7软件进行程序开发,用Wincc6.0监控软件开发人机界面,开发了高炉炉缸、炉底的碳砖温度场分布、烧蚀状况的自动化透视诊断与报警系统。系统应用后,可实时监测炉缸炉底温度场、侵蚀内型及渣铁壳变化,实现炉缸炉底侵蚀实时报警,防止炉况失常和延长了高炉使用寿命。 In order to prevent the burn wear of blast furnace hearth and bottom, the blast furnace special cable type temperature sensor was used as a temperature sensor in 1 750 m^3 BF for Jinan Iron and Steel Group. The 300 PLC system was chosen to set up the hardware platform, the software STEP7 of program was developed, the Win CC6.0 and monitoring software was used as the manmachine interface. The hearth of blast furnace carbon brick temperature field distribution and ablation conditions of automated x-ray diagnosis and alarm system was developed independently. The system can real-time monitor the temperature field of the hearth and bottom, monitor the erosion and slag iron changes. The real-time alarm for erosion of hearth and bottom can be implemented, the abnormal furnace condition can be prevented and the service life of the blast furnace can be prolonged.
