摘要
目前,我国的高等院校国际化存在着发展不均衡、水平参差不齐等现象。国际化分类评估可以帮助不同类型的高校确立合适的国际化目标,找准国际化的切入点、突破点和侧重点,修正和改善现有的国际化实践。高校的国际化分类评估可以采用学校自评、分类问卷调查、专家评审、同行评估等多种评价方式。对于学术型大学,主要评估其学术水平和科研成果的国际影响力;对于应用本科型高校,主要评估学生的国际流动,引入的国际标准课程体系与本校优势学科的结合情况;对于职业技术高校,国际化建设的重点是学习借鉴发达国家培养技能型人才的经验。
At present, the international development of China's institutions of higher learning is unbalanced and uneven. International Classification of assessments can help different types of colleges and uni- versities to establish appropriate international goals, correctly identify international entry point, breaking point or focus point, revise and improve the existing international practice behavior. International Classification of U- niversities can be used to assess by self-evaluation of schools, questionnaire surveys, expert assessments, peer reviews and other evaluation methods. For academic universities, they mainly assess their academic levels and international impacts of scientific research; For undergraduate-oriented colleges and universities, they mainly assess international mobile applications of students and the circumstance which combines the case of the intro- duction of international standards with the leading disciplines of school; For vocational and technical colleges and universities, international construction of schools focus on learning skills and experience of cultivating skill- oriented talents from the developed countries.
