摘要 三峡工程升船机具有吨位大、提升高度高及上、下游水位变幅快等特点,是目前世界上技术难度和规模最大的升船机。介绍了安全系统及其在三峡工程升船机中的应用情况,分析了系统设备选型、故障分类及控制流程,得出了应用该系统在保障三峡工程升船机稳定运行的同时,可极大地提高整个系统可靠性的结论。 Concerning such characteristics as the large tonnage,the high hoisting height and the fast amplitude of upstream and downstream water level,the Three Gorges Project ship lift is currently the largest ship lift in terms of its technical difficulty and scale in the world. This paper gives an overview of safety system and its application in the Three Gorges Project ship lift,followed by the analysis of system equipment selection,fault classification and control flow. It is concluded that the application of safety system ensures the stable operation of the Three Gorges Project ship lift and greatly improves the overall system reliability as well.
