摘要
广东珠海金湾发电有限公司#4发电机在预防性试验中测得转子绕组直流电阻超标,利用转子在不同旋转角度下直流电阻的差异来定位故障点,结果表明导电螺杆处连接部位的松动是直流电阻超标的主要原因。
In the preventative test of No. 4 turbo generator for Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Company Limited,the direct current resistance of rotor is measured out of limit.This paper takes advantage of the direct current resistance differences among different rotation angles of rotor to determine the fault location,and result shows that main reason of the overlarge direct current resistance is the looseness of connection parts of conductive lever.
