摘要
结合地区配电网现状及光伏电源接入的典型模式和运行特性,通过功率变化引起的电压波动的方法,系统分析光伏电源对配电网电压波动的影响,从而对地区配电网接纳光伏电源的能力进行研究。研究表明,光伏电源接入系统的总容量与其功率因数有关,平均功率因数越小,其接入允许容量越小,输出功率波动大,不确定性程度高,对配电网电压稳定影响显著。
In this paper,combining with current situation of regional power distribution network and the typical pattern and its operating characteristics of photovoltaic power integration,the impact of photovoltaic power on voltage fluctuations of distribution grid has been analyzed by the method of voltage fluctuations caused by power changing. Thus,the ability of regional power distribution network to accept photovoltaic power has been studied. The results show that the total capacity of the photovoltaic power integrated is related to its power factor. The smaller the average power factor,the smaller the permitted capacity to be integrated. The fiercer the fluctuation of output power,the higher the degree of uncertainty,which has a significant impact on the voltage stability of distribution network.
